I do love the look of a tray of wheatgrass. That being said, I am not so fond of the taste.
I know, it is beautiful, isn't it? I didn't used to like the taste either, it does take some getting used to! we watched the video made by Michael at Hippocrates Institute and according to him if it's grown correctly and harvested at the right time, it should taste sweet and good. We just harvested ours today and I have to say, it was surprisingly palatable and very sweet...
